Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Because each piece is custom made to order, we begin preparing your order quickly.

  • Changes can be made only before production begins
  • Once your item is in production, changes or cancellations are no longer possible

Are your products handmade?

Yes — every item is carefully handmade with attention to detail and fit.

This allows us to offer:

  • Custom sizing
  • High-quality finishes
  • Products designed to fit specific bassinets, prams and nursery pieces

Because of this, production times may be slightly longer than mass-produced alternatives — but the result is something made just for you.

Do you offer custom sizes?

Absolutely — this is one of our specialties.

If you have:

  • A unique pram bassinet
  • A discontinued model
  • A non-standard mattress

We can create a custom-fitted solution to ensure a snug, safe and beautiful fit.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship worldwide.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout
  • Delivery times vary depending on location

🌍 Currency & Duties:

  • Prices are automatically displayed in your local currency at checkout
  • GST is applied to Australian orders only
  • International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer

As each item is handmade to order:

  • Shipping time is additional depending on your location

How do I know which size to order?

We design our products to fit a wide range of popular brands, including:

What does “custom fit” mean?

A custom fit means your item is made to match the exact dimensions of your mattress or insert, resulting in:

  • A snug, secure fit
  • No loose fabric or bunching
  • A smooth, safe sleep surface

What is the difference between Stokke Old Care™ and New Care™ sizes?

Stokke updated the size of their change table in 2009, resulting in two different mattress sizes.

New Care™ mattress dimensions:

  • Length: 74 cm
  • Width: 61 cm (top) / 51 cm (base)

Old Care™ mattress dimensions:

  • Length: 74 cm
  • Width: 72 cm (top) / 55 cm (base)

We offer custom-made covers for both sizes to ensure a neat, firm fit.

What materials do you use?

We prioritise soft, breathable and practical fabrics suitable for babies, including:

Are your products machine washable?

Yes — with the exception of one specialty item, all of our products are designed for real life and everyday use.

Each piece is made to handle frequent washing while remaining gentle on delicate skin.
